SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We try to process orders within 24-48 hours.

All orders shipped to customers in South Africa should be delivered in two to three days.

We will email you at each stage of delivery, but if you would like to find out where your order is, email us at hello@fieldbar.co.za, and don’t forget to include your order number.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

GIFT CARDS

You redeem a gift card by entering your gift voucher code during the checkout process.

FIELDBAR Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) may only be redeemed at Fieldbar.co.za

Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash except to the extent required by applicable law. Resale of Gift Cards is not permitted without our consent. If you’d like to become a reseller of our Gift Cards, please contact us at hello@fieldbar.co.za

You cannot redeem a Gift Card in conjunction with any other voucher or discount code.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale. FIELDBAR shall have no liability to you for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or the unauthorized use of your Gift Card by third parties.

Balance inquiries can be made by emailing hello@fieldbar.co.za. The balance provided is an estimate only. In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed. Gift Cards are not reloadable.

Gift Cards purchased from FIELDBAR expire on the later of the first anniversary of the date of purchase, or any longer expiration period required by applicable law.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you would like to secure your item without risking it becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:
FIELDBAR cannot be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item so please take extra care when placing your order. We will, however, update you after pre-order when your items are available and have been dispatched from our workshop.

Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms and conditions:
1. Pre-orders require full payment to be made at checkout.
2. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped from our workshop. Refunds and credits will be done in terms of our Refund policy
3. We cannot guarantee a specific shipping date and estimated shipping dates are subject to change. We will ship orders the moment they are available.
4. Please do not order if you are not able to wait.
5. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms and conditions.

This list allows you to book a Fieldbar for future delivery, on a first-come-first-serve basis. You need to pay the deposit to secure your place on this list. You will be asked to pay the balance of the purchase price when the product is ready to be shipped, of you do not make payment within 20 days from being requested, the order will be cancelled. All deposits are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30 day colour exchange for any product purchased from our online store.
Exchanges can be lodged at hello@fieldbar.co.za and the product, unused and in its original packaging, must be returned to us. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product.

All goods returned for exchange will be inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging.

Fieldbar reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been
damaged or is not in the original packaging.

If you are not completely in love with your FIELDBAR purchased from our online store, you can return it to us, in saleable condition, and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Simply email us at hello@fieldbar.co.za with your order number and we will initiate the process. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product. FIELDBAR reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged, or is not in the original packaging.

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible, but in busier periods this could take up to three weeks from when the item is received by us. You will receive a notification once a refund has been issued and, depending on your bank, it can take up to a further five business days for the funds to revert to your account. All refunds are returned to the initial form of payment. This means if you’re returning a gift, we have to return the funds to the purchaser.
