Shipping Policy

When will my items be shipped?

Our standard processing time for in-stock products is approximately 3-5 business days before goods are shipped from our factory in Cape Town. Thereafter standard nationwide courier times apply.

Please allow for longer lead times for products that are still to be produced (as specified on the product page), products with engraving or during peak periods (Summer and/or festive period).

 

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been shipped?

Orders containing in-stock products shipped to main centres in South Africa should be delivered within 2-3 business days after processing and dispatch from the FIELDBAR factory in Cape Town. Deliveries to outlying areas may take slightly longer.

 

How do I track my order?

We will notify you at each stage of delivery, but if you are unable to track your order with the courier and would like to find out where your order is, email us at hello@fieldbar.com - and don’t forget to include your order number.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
